Short term – 12 months with no prepay
Bridge – Rural, SFR, 5-100 Units – these are 12 months loans with no prepay.
Fix & Filip – Most property types – we usually lent 85% of the purchase price and 70% of the after repaired value
Multifamily – 11-100 units – Long Term – DSCR based and LTV Max depends on the DSCR - SFR in LLC so we prepare investor docs ( investor can require complicated legal docs for LLC - Multifamily 5-10 Units – we can do these at par or even get you LPC - Multifamily 11+ units
